What You'll Do

We're growing our marketing team! Tekmetric is seeking a strategic, results-driven Senior Event Manager to lead the planning and execution of high-impact events, including our flagship Tektonic industry conference, national tradeshows, and regional field events.

In this role, you'll shape event strategy, align cross-functional stakeholders, manage budgets, and deliver unforgettable experiences that strengthen brand awareness, deepen customer engagement, and drive revenue growth.

Tektonic Industry Conference

• Serve as the lead planner for Tekmetric's annual industry conference, overseeing every detail from strategy through execution.
• Define event goals, themes, and attendee experience in partnership with internal stakeholders.
• Manage operations, vendor relationships, budgets, production timelines, and performance metrics to deliver a best-in-class experience.

Budget & Vendor Management

Reporting & Optimization

This list of duties is not exhaustive. This position will be instrumental in supporting Marketing teams and will be expected to assist in any capacity needed to achieve individual, team, and company goals and initiatives.
