What you will do

Under general supervision, you will provide support for your accounts and assist all channels (i.e., Customers, Regional Managers, Engineers, Plants, etc.), process orders, research and respond to customer inquiries, and address customer concerns / issues within designated timeframes. Additionally, you will prepare proposals and manage customer quotation portals, aiming to meet client demands and increase the company's business volume.

Hiring hourly range : $19.71-$32.69 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
