Business Product Specialist

A company is looking for a Business Product Specialist to oversee the technical functionality of digital platforms for loan management.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and optimize platform performance

Monitor and troubleshoot platform issues, escalating as needed

Create and maintain documentation and change logs related to platform processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science or Mathematics preferred

2+ years of experience managing complex internal tools

Exceptional Excel skills and hands-on experience in SQL

Experience in financial services, fintech, or loan servicing is preferred
