Senior SAP Business Analyst (Contract-to-Hire)

Location : Portland, OR (Hybrid – minimum 2 days onsite)

CDW W2 Contract Coworker opportunity. Contract to Hire

CDW has a new opportunity available for an experienced Business Analyst! In this role, you’ll focus on SAP S4 / HANA and complementary solutions such as Ariba, Fieldglass, and SuccessFactors. We’re looking for a professional with at least 3 years of hands-on SAP S4 / HANA experience and a proven ability to drive business process improvements and deliver strategic solutions.

Top Skills :

Strong understanding of SAP S4 / Hana and related applications ( Ariba, Fieldglass, SuccessFactors )
Expertise in business analysis for large, complex projects
Ability to design future-state processes and document functional / technical specifications

Key Responsibilities :

Lead business analysis efforts for strategic initiatives

Gather, validate, and prioritize requirements using interviews, workshops, and documentation

Map current processes, design future-state workflows, and secure approvals

Prepare functional and technical specifications; support testing and UAT

Recommend tools, templates, and best practices; may lead other analysts

Qualifications :

7+ years of business analysis experience

Deep knowledge of requirements development, process design, and stakeholder engagement

Master’s degree in business / technology or equivalent experience preferred

Strong communication and collaboration skills
