BARTENDER - Casino - FT

We are looking for a personable and service-oriented Bartender to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on creating memorable guest experiences through exceptional customer service. As a bartender, you will be the face of our establishment, responsible for engaging with guests, crafting beverages, and ensuring every customer feels welcomed and valued.

General Summary of Duties :  Responsible for providing beverages to guests while maintaining exceptional guest service. Must be minimally 21 years old.

Example of Duties (includes but is not limited to the following) :

• Give prompt, pleasant, courteous and efficient service.
• Utilize alcohol awareness training at all times while acknowledging all guests with a prompt and friendly greeting
• Anticipate all guest’s needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency.
• Verify legal drinking age of guests.
• Complete all side work duties and ensure work area is prepared for succeeding shift.
• Maintain cleanliness behind bar.
• Offer a unique service while sustaining a level of professionalism that encourages guests to return.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Perform all other tasks that may be assigned in the future.

Qualifications :  High school diploma / GED preferred. Prior bartending experience required.

Certificate / License :  Level 3 Occupational Illinois Gaming Board License; Illinois Alcohol Awareness Certification required; Bartender’s certification required.

Salary Range : $10 - 11.40 per hour (Depending on Experience)
