Overview :

Our client in the transportation industry is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Billing Analyst to join their finance operations team. The Billing Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of airport-related invoicing processes.

Key Responsibilities :

Invoice Analysis (50%)

As an Billing Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing and comparing billing data against operational statistics.

• Conduct in-depth research to validate charges and ensure accurate billing across multiple location invoices.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies prior to month-end close.

Invoice Processing and Approval (50%)

Manage the weekly approval cycle for 40-50 invoices, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
