The Market Research Analyst, Americas is a critical member of the Investment team, responsible for delivering actionable insights that shape strategic decisions and long-term growth initiatives. This role requires a seasoned professional with deep expertise in market research and trend analysis, focused on the Americas region-primarily the U.S., with coverage extending to Canada and Latin America.
The Market Analyst will play a pivotal role in gathering and interpreting complex market data, identifying emerging trends, and providing competitive intelligence to support investment strategies and business planning. By leveraging advanced research methodologies and analytical tools, this position ensures that NTT Global Data Centers remains ahead of industry developments and well-positioned to capitalize on market opportunities.
Beyond data collection and analysis, the Market Analyst will collaborate with global research teams and cross-functional stakeholders to influence strategic priorities, optimize market positioning, and guide product and service development. Success in this role requires strong analytical capabilities, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

Academic Qualifications & Certifications
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
Required Experience
5 + years of demonstrated experience in market research, data analysis, or related roles.
Experience in a global IT services organization preferred.
Physical Requirements
Remain stationary for long periods of time.
Operate computer, peripherals, and other office equipment.
Primarily sitting with some walking, standing, and bending.
Able to hear and speak into a telephone.
Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate any required to operate computer keyboard, mouse, and other technical instruments
Availability across global time zones.

This position is expected to be remote with occasional onsite requirements.
Must have a flexible work schedule to accommodate global business hours.
Travel required, 30% domestically and internationally.
This is a remote position that requires reliable internet connection and electricity. A monthly stipend is provided to cover expenses associated with working remotely and use of a personal mobile device, if applicable.
NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. offers competitive compensation based on experience, education, and location. Base salary for this position is $115,400.00 - $141,000.00.
All regular full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus; payout is dependent upon individual and company performance.
