Job descriptionManage contracts, permits, and lien waivers across multiple jurisdictions. Prepare submittals, track timelines, and coordinate with regulatory authorities and permitting agencies. Review contracts / documentation to ensure legal and regulatory compliance. Maintain centralized filing systems and provide timely reporting on permit statuses. Collaborate with legal, engineering, and project management teams to resolve compliance issues.
Job Description
Supports renewable energy project teams (solar, wind, battery storage) by managing permitting, compliance, and legal documentation. Functions in a paralegal-style capacity to keep projects legally sound, audit-ready, and on schedule while liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications :
- 2–5 years of permitting, compliance, or project administration experience (renewable energy or construction preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems.
- Legal / paralegal background and experience with AHJs / utilities / environmental permitting highly preferred.
