Key Responsibilities
Own pipeline hygiene, stage definitions, and deal progression mechanics
Manage weekly forecast calls, reporting cadence, and maintain accurate forecasting models
Support complex deal structuring and pricing strategy while ensuring compliance with frameworks
Required Qualifications
3-6 years in Sales Ops, RevOps, or a similar analytical role, preferably in a startup
Strong experience with CRM systems, especially Salesforce
Deep understanding of SaaS sales funnels, forecasting, and pipeline management
Advanced skills in Excel / Google Sheets; knowledge of SQL or BI tools is a plus
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into decisions
