A company is looking for a Claims Escalation and Resolution Specialist I.
Key Responsibilities
Review and manage claim statuses including error, denied, and rejected
Identify root causes and work to resolve claims in the specified statuses
Collaborate with the Resolution Manager to provide updates and revise SOPs as necessary
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School Diploma required
3+ years of EMS Billing experience preferred
Certified Ambulance Coder (CAC) certification required
QMC Biller Certification required
