DayTime Fri 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM Sat 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM

What You'll Do :

  • Provide excellent customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergencies when necessary.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations at the healthcare location in a calm, problem-solving manner, while maintaining a professional presence.
  • Conduct regular and random armed patrols inside the facility and around its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and help maintain order.
  • Observe and report any unusual activity or incidents in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.
  • Assist with access control, monitoring ingress and egress of individuals, and verifying credentials as required for the healthcare environment.
  • Collaborate with healthcare staff and visitors to address concerns, answer questions, and provide directions as needed.
  • Complete detailed written reports of patrols, incidents, and / or any notable occurrences during the shift.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Must have 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degree.
  • Must possess an armed guard card or license as required by applicable laws and regulations.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Participate in industry-specific security-related training programs.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
