A company is looking for a remote supervising attorney.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the attorneys and employees of the Alabama Division

Assist with litigation matters as needed

Participate in in-person court appearances when required

Required Qualifications

Active license to practice in Alabama

8+ years of litigation experience

Experience in foreclosure, title, bankruptcy, evictions, and / or REO

Managerial experience

Postgraduate degree required
