Board Certified Behavior Analysts / Supervising CliniciansAverage Total Compensation = (estimated) $98,000 - $107,000 per year! . Base Salary : negotiable, around $85,000 - $90,000 + Annual Average Bonus Potential : (estimated) $12,000 per year + Salary Premium : +$5,000 (offered to SCs who commit to afternoons M-F 12pm-8pm AZ time) Working Hours : Flexible / variable - you build your schedule! BT operating hours are Monday - Friday, 8am-8pm, with primary supervision between 3pm-8pm. Being available for afternoon supervision sessions at least 3 (out of 5) days per week is ideal.

• Those who commit to M-F 12pm-8pm AZ time will receive a Salary Premium of $5k / yr. NOTE : The BCBA hired for this remote role will be supporting clients primarily in Arizona. Additional time or flex schedules may be required to complete the above work or meet company objectives.Physical Requirements : While performing the duties of this job, the team member may be exposed to a client who exhibits physically aggressive behavior, which can include kicking, pinching, punching, biting, etc. The team member may have to use appropriate behavior management techniques with a client under such circumstances. Such a response requires agility, quick reflexes, and the ability to use physically evasive movement.
