ICU Registered Nurse Job Details Location : Yuma, Arizona (Zip : 85364) – Arizona nursing jobs Healthcare Setting : Intensive Care Unit (ICU) – Acute Care Employment Type : Travel Registered Nurse (RN) Start Date : December 8, 2025 End Date : March 9, 2026 Assignment Duration : 13 weeks Shift : 12-hour days (6 : 45am – 7 : 15pm) Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week Unit Size : 42-bed ICU Self-Scheduling : Available (weekend and holiday shifts required) Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $1990-$2130 ICU RN Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – eligible for Arizona healthcare jobs Minimum 1 year of recent ICU experience in a Level I or II trauma hospital Proficiency with Epic EMR (Electronic Medical Records) Required Certifications : BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Experience with ventilators, sedation, sepsis, pressors, DKA, cardiac, CHF, and respiratory cases Ability to titrate a wide variety of critical care ICU drips Must comply with 100-mile radius rule ICU Registered Nurse Responsibilities Deliver high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in a busy ICU setting Manage nurse-patient ratios of 1 : 1 or 1 : 2 (MedSurg ICU); 1 : 3 if no vents / drips Titrate and administer critical care drips (vasopressors, inotropes, antiarrhythmics, antihypertensives, sedatives, paralytics, analgesics, anticoagulants, insulin) Collaborate with intensivists, hospitalists, respiratory therapists, and patient care technicians Float to other hospital units as needed (with adjusted patient ratios) Accurately document patient care using Epic EMR Participate in a one-day orientation and ongoing competency training Apply now to join our dedicated healthcare team in Yuma, Arizona, and take the next step in your travel nursing career!
