POSITION PURPOSE :

The primary function of the Registered Dietitian position is to promote health and nutrition that can be easily incorporated into the daily lives of our patients by creating a nutritional plan of care. It will require ongoing collaboration with the provider and clinical teams to educate patients about nutrition / dietetics, administering medical nutrition therapy services (MNT), and providing Diabetes Management (DM) as part of the health-care team.
