Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all on-site construction activities from start to finish
• Lead daily coordination with project managers, subcontractors, and trades
• Maintain project schedules and ensure work stays on track with milestones
• Enforce jobsite safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure all work meets company standards
• Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
• Manage subcontractor performance and resolve field issues promptly
• Communicate progress, challenges, and updates with project management teams
• Oversee site logistics, equipment use, and materials deliveries
