Clinical Social Worker - Independent Contractor

Your Role

We are seeking independently licensed clinicians in California who are ready to grow and make a significant difference in the lives of our clients. Here’s what we’re looking for :

Commitment to seeing 25+ sessions per week

Behavioral health generalists who are open to working with couples and children

Clinicians who appreciate autonomy while also being part of a supportive team

Individuals interested in leadership opportunities or supervisory roles

Strong values in integrity, openness, and quality care

Qualifications :

Active and unrestricted LCSW license in California

Must reside in the state where services are provided

Compensation and Benefits :

Earn up to $115,400, depending on your licensure level, session volume, and bonus opportunities. As a W2 employee, you will enjoy numerous benefits including :
