FHU is currently looking for a summer intern to take the next step in their professional development with our internship program! It's an opportunity to learn and contribute in a practical setting. Join us in our Denver, Colorado office for a well-rounded experience in the field of transportation.

Internship Learning Opportunities Include :

• Field Work : Gain practical experience in conducting fieldwork and data collection. This may include tasks like traffic count data collection, infrastructure condition surveys, and qualitative and quantitative traffic operations evaluations.
• Project Team Collaboration : Contribute to project teams, participating in technical analyses and written documentation. Projects encompass a range of areas, including traffic impact studies, corridor studies, transportation safety analyses, bicycle and pedestrian plans, areawide transportation plans, and traffic design tasks.
• Research Opportunities : Engage in research on various transportation operations and planning topics. Explore different facets of the industry and develop a deeper understanding of key issues.
• Client Interaction : Play a supporting role in presentations and explore opportunities to observe and learn from client-facing aspects of consulting to enhance your communication skills.
