This role is about more than inspections. Its about leading the process that ensures every material, joint, and system meets the highest standards in safety, durability, and performance. Youll oversee all QA / QC activities, manage testing programs, and collaborate closely with construction teams and trade partners to make sure every phase of the project exceeds expectations.
What Youll Bring
- At least 5 years of experience in construction leadership roles such as Quality Control, Superintendent, or Project Manager
- Solid understanding of building systems, including waterproofing, curtain walls, roofing, and air barriers
- Experience managing third-party testing firms and subcontractor scopes
- Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
- Completion of the Construction Quality Management (CQM) course within the last 5 years or willingness to obtain it within 90 days
- OSHA 30 certification
