How long is the contract assignment? 13 weeks is the norm: 8-12 weeks 4. Schedule of assignment hours? M – F 8am – 5pm? M-F 8am-5pm 5. Will there be any weekend rotation? If so, how often? Yes. 1 time per month 6. Will there be any on call? If so, how much? Yes. Typically on call for 1 week at a time every 4th week. 7. What region are you in? Home health or Hospice? Home Health 8.
