Job description

Goodmiles Running Company in Brookfield, WI is looking for a part-time Athletic Retail Fit Specialist to join our team with weekday, daytime hours . If you're passionate about running, walking, or an active lifestyle, we want you to help our customers find the perfect gear to meet their fitness goals.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist customers by working one-on-one to provide an expert foot fitting and provide advice on shoes, insoles, and accessories.
  • Recommend running apparel and accessories to enhance the customer's experience.
  • Provide top-notch customer service and ensure an exceptional shopping experience.

Qualifications :

  • Active Lifestyle : A passion for fitness, running, walking, or athletics.
  • Sales Ability : Retail experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Customer-Focused : Strong communication skills and an ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Tech-Savvy : Comfortable using point-of-sale systems.

    Schedule :

    Part-time, 15-25 hours per week (more hours available to the right candidate), with a mix of weekday and weekend shifts. Our store closes at 7 PM on weekdays and 6 PM on Saturdays.
