As Sr. Product Manager III, you'll be an experienced professional to lead product management for a portfolio of cloud, platform, and DevSecOps product offerings across multiple security domains. You will be responsible for the full product lifecycle, from strategy and roadmap creation to execution and delivery, across the portfolio in collaboration with engineering and operations teams. You will lead, mentor, and coach product managers and collaborate directly with customers to drive relevant, secure, and performant capabilities into the portfolio. What you'll do :

• Define, drive, and integrate the product vision and strategy across the portfolio
• Develop and maintain integrated portfolio roadmaps
• Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with operations support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any product-related issues.
• Lead, mentor, and coach product managers, IT PMs, and Agilists such as Scrum Masters
• Apply Human-Centered Design (HCD) principles and techniques to elicit and derive product capability requirements
• Collaborate with engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical / system requirements including epics and user stories
• Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions about product enhancements and future development.

What you'll need to succeed :

Salary Range : $166,000 - $221,000

The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including : the candidate's professional background and relevant work experience, the specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs, internal equity and alignment with current team compensation. This role is also eligible for additional compensation, subject to the terms and policies of MetroStar, which may include performance-based bonuses, company-paid training and / or certifications, and referral bonuses.
