CNC Machine Operator

Location : Newport, NH

Hourly Pay : $24.00–$36.00 DOE (Overtime available)

Shifts : 6 : 00 AM–2 : 30 PM or 2 : 30 PM–11 : 00 PM

What you’ll do

• Set up, operate, and prove out jobs on CNC mills and lathes with minimal supervision
• Program directly from prints and models, optimizing code and tooling for efficiency
• Machine first articles and short-run R&D projects, troubleshooting production issues as they arise
• Design and document fixtures, setups, and process improvements
• Inspect finished parts with precision tools and maintain accurate quality records
