Be part of a 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit, caring for a diverse patient population requiring :
Post-operative care for craniotomies, AVMs, and tumor resections.Support for patients undergoing cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine surgeries.Care for stroke patients within our Comprehensive Stroke Program.Key Responsibilities :
Deliver and coordinate comprehensive, evidence-based patient care.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide safe and compassionate care.Utilize critical thinking and clinical judgment to support optimal patient outcomes.Facilitate a positive patient experience throughout their care continuum.Your Skills and Qualifications :
A valid Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.A degree from an accredited nursing program.Minimum of 1-year clinical nursing experience.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in managing patient care processes and electronic medical records.Physical Requirements :
