Location : Burbank, CA (On-site)

Reports to : Senior Estimator

Position Summary

Were looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Estimator to support our estimating team in preparing accurate cost proposals for construction and maintenance projects. This entry-level role is ideal for someone early in their construction estimating career, with strong math skills, attention to detail, and a desire to grow within a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing material quantity take-offs and cost estimates from drawings and scopes.
• Help review bid documents, specifications, and subcontractor quotes.
• Organize bid forms, scope sheets, and proposal documents.
• Support estimating team in bid tracking, scheduling, and vendor communications.
• Work with estimating software such as PlanSwift, Bluebeam, and Excel.
• Help maintain historical pricing databases and subcontractor / vendor contact lists.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and conduct occasional site visits.
