Global Material Planner

About the role:

As a Global Material Planner, you will manage the inventory replenishment strategies for the Westinghouse fuel facilities using processes to exceed companies' goals. You will work directly with Westinghouse global teams, Master & Production schedulers, Global Supply Chain Solutions, Global SIOP Team, Supplier Quality and have a direct working relationship with supplier(s).

You will report to the Senior Manager of Global Planning & Scheduling. This is a remote opportunity; however, we are looking for candidates within a 2-hour commute to Columbia, SC to attend mandatory meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Supplier Replenishment into our Global Manufacturing and Assembly sites (5)
• Maintain replenishment plans that support inventory and delivery goals
• Maintain data in the MRP System and Supplier Portal to ensure delivery of material
• Work with the Global Inventory, Operations Planning, and Supply Chain Teams
• Lead or participate in special projects related to Supplier Replenishment and Material Planning

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Supply Chain or Material planning Management,
• APICS CPIM
• Achieve this during tenure if not certified.
• MRP experience, could be SAP, Oracle, MFG Pro
• Must have experience planning material through an MRP system.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $76,400 to $95,500 per year.
