About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Profession : Nursing

Hours per Shift : 10 hours

Experience : Minimum of 18 months in Endoscopy

License : Must have a valid RN license

Certifications : ACLS, BLS

Must-Have :

Must have scrub / tech experience in Bronch cases.

Must be able to scrub / tech for bronchoscopies, EGDs, and colonoscopies.

Description :

Prescreening is required for all candidates.

Experience in colonoscopies, EGDs, bronchoscopies, and other endoscopic procedures is essential.

Candidates should be familiar with various procedures including EBUS, ERCP, EUS, and POEM.

Work with a diverse patient population including adults and geriatrics.

Average daily census varies between 5-20 patients.

Responsibilities include pre / post procedure care.

Interdisciplinary support is available from various departments.

Candidates may float to other facilities as needed.

Completion of all required documentation and charting is mandatory.

Maintaining a sterile environment during procedures is critical.

Candidates must comply with all facility policies and procedures.

No COVID-19 vaccine is required, but the flu vaccine is mandated with medical or religious exemptions only.

Travelers must work two out of three major holidays.

Both local and traveling nurses are encouraged to apply, provided they meet the qualifications.
