Location : On-Site in Amarillo, TX- Hybrid Optional
Salary : $130,000-$200,000 + Bonus

What You Will Be Doing
As a Senior Tax Manager, you will :
Lead and review the preparation of federal, state, and international tax filings
Ensure compliance with evolving tax regulations
Develop and implement strategic tax planning initiatives
Manage audits and collaborate with external advisors
Monitor legislative changes and support M&A and strategic projects
Mentor and develop junior team members within the tax function
What You Need
10+ years of experience in public accounting
At least 3+ years as a Tax Manager
Active CPA license
Experience with complex business returns
Strong client-facing and staff supervision skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
