IT Operations Administrator (Systems Admin) - Hybrid

Job Description : Sharepoint Administrator

We are seeking an experienced and motivated IT Operations

Administrator to join our dynamic team. Sharepoint Administrator will be responsible for overseeing and managing the organization's IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including directory services (Azure AD), Intune, and Autopilot for efficient user management and device deployment.
• Manage cloud-based resources, including PCs and VMs, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security.
• Develop, implement, and optimize scripting solutions using tools such as PowerShell, light PHP, HTML and other scripting languages to automate tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Utilize low code / no code platforms like Workflows, MS Power Apps, and Power BI to create customized solutions that enhance business processes.
• Administer Microsoft Teams and Office 365 services, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among teams.
• Manage Exchange Online to ensure reliable email communication and efficient mailbox management.
• Take charge of project management efforts related to IT operations, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
• Demonstrate proficiency in networking protocols, switching, and firewall management to maintain a secure and reliable network environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technology needs, propose solutions, and implement improvements that align with business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement within the IT operations domain.

VOIP and cloud phone support experience a plus.
