Our client, a global investment management company, is looking for a People Operations Analyst to join their team! This will be a onsite role working out of their office in Austin, Texas. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, with 1+ years of experience in HR operations.
Role Overview: - Contract Role: 6 months
- Pay: $33.33/hr on W2
Responsibilities: - Manage the full employee journey from onboarding and I-9 verification to offboarding, while resolving complex HR inquiries through case management platforms and maintaining a detailed knowledge base.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies and compliance standards while identifying data-driven opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve service delivery.
- Leverage HR systems like Workday and ServiceNow to maintain data accuracy and system efficiency, while developing engaging communication materials and resources for the workforce.
Required Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience (including internships) in HR operations, shared services, or customer-facing roles, with a keen interest in mastering HR tech like Workday and ServiceNow.
- Demonstrates strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving abilities, combined with strict attention to detail and the discretion necessary to handle confidential information.
