Your mission
Manufacture quality parts safely and efficiently while helping us continuously improve. That means mastering multiple processes, solving problems in real time, and safeguarding quality at every step so our operation performs profitably.
Picture your week
- 12‑hour shifts : 6 am–6 pm OR 6 pm–6 am
- Rotating 2‑2‑3 schedule with every other weekend off
- You’ll work 3 or 4 days a week and only 15 days a month
- Every other week includes 8 hours of built‑in overtime

Perform assembly, testing, problem‑solving, material handling, welding, paint line operation, press room operation, and quality controlFollow detailed instructions and work orders in English; accurately count, label, and track partsSpot issues fast—recognize defects, verify part numbers and sizes, and keep quality standards highOperate with zero‑compromise safety : adhere to policies and procedures and model safety awareness and efficiencyWhat it takes
Eager to learn, dependable, and committed to a hard day’s workComfortable with physical, repetitive tasks and standing for several hoursGood hand‑eye coordination; able to handle small partsBasic math and computer skillsAbility to follow verbal and written instructions in English; basic English proficiency is required to read safety instructions, understand work orders, and communicate with supervisors and coworkersForklift and crane license a plusGrow with a company that grows people
