Your mission

Manufacture quality parts safely and efficiently while helping us continuously improve. That means mastering multiple processes, solving problems in real time, and safeguarding quality at every step so our operation performs profitably.

Picture your week

• 12‑hour shifts : 6 am–6 pm OR 6 pm–6 am
• Rotating 2‑2‑3 schedule with every other weekend off
• You’ll work 3 or 4 days a week and only 15 days a month
• Every other week includes 8 hours of built‑in overtime
