Job descriptionThis role is onsite and will require you to work from our West Chester PA daily. Relocation assistance not available for this role. 2nd Shift Wednesday - Saturday from 4 : 00PM - 2 : 30AM Team Leads are expected to have expertise in Product Central goals and how to achieve them and maximize labor amongst their teams. You will help create Standard Operations and Procedures and their communication to important business assets. You must understand operations and have a background in communication. Support and communicate development programs procedures and company values to provide a positive supportive and productive work environment. Assist the Area Manager in setting up the daily / weekly job assignments of the team members. Will facilitate the movement of team members throughout their shift to meet our needs. Analyze deficiencies and develop plans to correct. Subject matter expert in fulfillment center processes. Can exceed safety quality and production standards to provide coaching in areas to team members. Be able to use materials handling equipment. High School Diploma or equivalent Experience with Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) May work flex schedule to meet our needs.

- The Product Central Team lead is a leader in the daily processes and tasks of Product Central. As expert of function the Product Central Lead is responsible for labor forecasts and distribution daily assignments and goals pivoting between functions to best use allotted labor to expected need and collaboration across teams and shifts towards our goals.
