Position Description : Clark Builders is hiring Foremen to work on several out of town projects in Alberta, the Northwest Territories and British Columbia! The Foremen will be responsible for supervising trade employees assigned to a particular construction discipline or work areas.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Assist in planning work schedule(s) and determining and maintaining workforce requirements, material quantities, equipment requirements, etc.
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with Clark Builders safety policies and procedures
• Identify hazards and correct any unsafe conditions
• Lead QA / QC checks and inspections
• Lead site specific orientations and tailgate meetings
• Draft and submit RFI's
• Assume control of the site if the Superintendent is off site
• Other duties as required
• Represent Clark Builders in a professional and respectful manner
• Adhere to Clark Builders policies and procedures
