Responsibilities :
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes accurately and promptly.
- Manage email correspondence, ensuring timely responses and clear communication.
- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling and document management.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance operational workflows and productivity.
- Assist in coordinating and organizing events or meetings as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure proper filing systems are in place.
- Communicate effectively with staff and external stakeholders to address inquiries and provide updates.
- Support the needs of educational institutions through administrative tasks.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies to ensure availability.
- Uphold confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within educational institutions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in managing email correspondence and drafting precise and well-organized documents.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to accurately record and distribute meeting minutes.
- Familiarity with office equipment and software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
