Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education. Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training. Proven track record of successful hiring and retention. Required when needed, the ability to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends, and some holidays. Schedule demands may change. ServeSafe Certified. Must be at least 18 years of age. Valid Driver's license and vehicle insurance. High school diploma or equivalent.
