Solutions Consultant

A company is looking for a Solutions Consultant to serve as a subject matter expert for their SaaS-based TMS platform.

Key Responsibilities

Provide pre-sales support by conducting discovery sessions and delivering tailored product demonstrations

Design and configure solutions based on customer requirements, collaborating with product management and engineering

Offer customer enablement and support post-implementation, identifying optimization opportunities and providing Tier 2 support

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in solutions engineering / architect or technical project management

Proven track record of SaaS software implementation and systems integrations

Experience with system integration design, implementation, and testing (EDI / API)

Strong ability to define and deliver technical solutions that drive client satisfaction

First-hand experience working with a TMS system is a plus
