Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities :

  • Provide assistance to customers relating to concierge service, rental cars and hotel accommodation,
  • Confirm catering orders for inbound / outbound flights,
  • Provide ground transportation for pilots / customers,
  • Answer multi-line company switchboard and route calls accordingly
  • Use Unicom communication system,
  • Schedule aircraft arrivals and departures and coordinate with Line Service,
  • Maintain scheduling for lobby area and conference rooms,
  • Maintain serviceability of aircraft linens and dishware,
  • Dispatch and receive fuel orders,
  • Enter fuel and service tickets
  • Service and stock office and kitchen supplies,
  • Maintain security access to ramp, hangar, and offices,
  • Adhere to company Policy and Procedure Manual,
  • Demonstrate loyalty to company and confidentiality when dealing with and / or communicating with and / or customers, competitors, and vendors,
  • Demonstrate professional and positive attitude, especially in adverse situations
  • Maintains Customer Service desk in a clean, professional, safe, and organized manner.

  • Requirements : Qualifications :

  • Must have at least 1-2 years of solid face-to-face Customer Service experience,
  • College degree preferred
  • Must have considerable first-class customer service skills
  • Must be able to work any shift including weekends and holidays
  • Must have valid Driver’s License
  • Must be able to obtain airport badge / pass background check
  • Must be able to take / pass a pre-employment drug screening
  • FBO experience preferred, but not required
