What You’ll Do :

✅ Inspect commercial roofing systems for quality, compliance, and performance

✅ Identify defects, warranty concerns, and safety hazards before they become issues

✅ Document findings with clear reports, photos, and recommendations

✅ Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and service teams

✅ Ensure installation quality meets manufacturer and industry standards

What You Bring :

Proven experience as a Commercial Roofing Inspector or similar role in commercial roofing

Knowledge of low slope, steep slope, and metal roofing systems

Familiarity with warranty requirements and roofing codes

Strong attention to detail + clear communication skills

Ability to work safely at heights
