Warehouse Associate
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, stocking, and managing inventory, as well as preparing shipments and coordinating logistics for both domestic and international destinations.
Responsibilities :
- Check incoming inventory for quality issues and receive it in Fishbowl.
- Stock received inventory in proper locations or prepare to send off-site when required.
- Perform cycle counts and full inventory counts as needed and investigate any discrepancies.
- Pull parts required for orders and package them according to destination requirements.
- Arrange UPS courier shipments for domestic customers when applicable.
- Coordinate with export staff on international shipments.
- Load outbound shipments onto trucks / containers as needed.
- Provide Assembly and R&D personnel with required inventory for their operations.
- Manage stock of packaging supplies.
- Build assemblies as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills :
Forklift operation, shipping and receiving, packing, and picking.Material handling and good assembly experience.Experience in warehouse and working on docks doing shipping and receiving.6 months of shipping, receiving, or hands-on assembly experience.High attention to detail and ability to follow directions.Ability to read work orders to build different products.Understanding of computer systems for dock operations.Skills in inventory management, pallet jack operation, assembly, hand tools, production, power tools, general labor, tape measure use, assembling, pick, warehouse inventory, order picking, and shipping & receiving.Additional Skills & Qualifications :
Previous shipping and receiving experience or any dock work is substantial.Forklift certification is not necessary, as training and recertification will be provided.Experience with companies similar to a pioneer type is a plus.No specific certifications or educational requirements are needed.Why Work Here?

Work Environment :
This position is for the 1st Shift, from 7 : 30 am to 4 : 00 pm, with a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks. You will be working in a smaller warehouse environment that consists of roughly 5-7 employees.

Pay and Benefits :
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
