Were currently searching for an experienced business development representative who can collaborate with multiple departments to drive measurable results that benefit our business. Our ideal candidate will be able to grow our Salt Lake City branch primarily by selling commercial planned maintenance services along with associated projects included equipment replacements, repair projects, etc. They will also actively seek out other business opportunities that align with our business capabilities. An emphasis on relationships and generating work in Salt Lake, Davis and Weber Counties is preferred.

Business Development Manager Objectives :
Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy to sell our commercial services and grow our client relationships between Salt Lake City and OgdenSupport, train, and mentor additional business development staffMaintain and develop positive, professional relationships with new and existing clientsSet personal and team goals, monitor progress, and report activity to company managementBusiness Development Manager Responsibilities :
Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutionsPromote the companys products or services to prospective clientsParticipate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholdersProvide continuous, constructive feedback to sales team membersReview sales contracts to ensure they meet legal and corporate guidelinesInteract with clients and respond to inquiries about the companys products or servicesBusiness Development Manager Skills and Qualifications :
Proven record of sales growth in roles interfacing with commercial or B2B clientsExperience in customer service, marketing, or a sales-related fieldBusiness Development in HVAC or a construction related field is a plus but not requiredWorks well in a team environment and enjoys group collaboration to help implement and maintain industry best processes and practicesStrong knowledge of business and sales growth techniquesExceptional project management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsEnthusiasm for the company and its growth potentialBusiness Development Manager Preferred Qualifications :
