We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Information Representative to join our team.

Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience with our products and services.
- Key Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. - Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures. - Assist customers in navigating our website and using our online tools effectively. - Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism. - Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system. - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service delivery. - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services. - Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and customer service best practices. - Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred. - Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Proficiency in using computers and customer service software (CRM systems). - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. - A positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
