Job Description

As a Welder, you will be responsible for performing high-quality TIG welding on sheet metal and light plate while ensuring all work meets customer specifications. This role involves blueprint reading, precise fit-up skills, quality inspections, and optimizing processes for efficiency. You will contribute to a highly skilled and detail-oriented manufacturing team that values safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

The base pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
