Position : Customer Support Technician
Term : ASAP - 06 / 30 / 2028, with possible renewal
Pay : $32 / Hr
Location : Celebration, FL must already be located in the region
Work Authorization : USC and GC ONLY
Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. One year of relevant work experience may be substituted for each year of required education.
Experience :
Minimum of 2 years of experience in
- The installation, maintenance, and technical support of workstation hardware.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot audio-visual and video conference equipment
- Monitoring service ticket queue and resolve tickets as assigned.
- Basic network and telephony support.
- Providing on-site support for remote troubleshooting by other OIT technical staff.
- Valid Driver’s License
Responsibilities :
Travel between locations required 25% - 40% of central FL. - Responsible for traveling to remote sites to resolve IT related issues and / or to deploy resources.Concentration and desire to work in desktop support.Configure and deploy Information Technology resources. Includes, but is not limited to, desktop, laptops, printers, mobile devices.Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, and peripheral equipment, using proven troubleshooting procedures.Assist in coordinating audio-visual setup and videoconference support.Assist with annual inventory scanning and equipment surplus.Install, configure, and update software.Participate in team projects, meetings and assignments.Responsible for documenting solutions to Technology issues.
