YOUR ROLE

You will:

• Conduct in person estimates at homeowners properties, building trust and understanding their goals.

• Identify project needs including prep, carpentry, and protection issues, and guide homeowners toward the right solution.

• Follow a consultative sales process to convert a strong portion of estimates into booked projects.

• Attend select networking events and generate occasional self sourced opportunities. Self generated leads earn double commission.

• Create clear, detailed scopes and estimates using PaintScout so homeowners understand exactly what they are getting.

• Maintain communication with homeowners throughout production to ensure a smooth experience that leads to repeat business and referrals.

• Use CompanyCam, Monday, PaintScout, Pipedrive, and QuickBooks to stay organized, document accurately, and manage your pipeline.

YOUR SKILL SET

You are:

• Tech comfortable and quick to learn software that helps you stay effective.

• A strong communicator who explains recommendations clearly and confidently.

• Service focused and committed to doing what is right for the customer.

• Calm and steady under pressure with strong follow through.

• Committed to quality, selling on value rather than discounting.

• Spanish speaking is helpful but not required.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Required

• Currently closing fifty percent or more of your in person estimates in home services, remodeling, construction, or similar fields.

• Reliable transportation within the Twin Cities.

• Self directed with strong follow through and accountability.

• Comfortable managing your schedule, CRM tasks, and follow up.

Preferred

• Experience in construction estimating.

• Painting industry knowledge.

• College degree.

Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering strong customer service is essential.
