About the Role
As a luxury brand evaluator, you will discreetly assess customer experiences and provide critical feedback that helps brands refine their services. Whether visiting boutiques, purchasing online, or returning a product, your observations shape the future of luxury.
What You Will Be Doing
- Choose your assignments - align missions with your personal preferences and profile
- Visit luxury stores or evaluate online - engage with sales associates in-store or online from home
- Observe carefully - check ambiance, service quality, and overall customer experience
- Provide honest feedback - share observations through questionnaires on our platform
