Job description
A company is looking for a SQL Server Database Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
Lead database design and data modeling efforts, translating business requirements into database structures
Architect, implement, and maintain SQL Server environments, including high availability and disaster recovery solutions
Conduct advanced performance tuning and develop backup, restore, and disaster recovery strategies
Required Qualifications
10+ years of SQL Server DBA experience with expertise in database design and administration
Strong background in logical and physical data modeling and relational architecture
Hands-on experience with AWS RDS for SQL Server and Azure SQL Database
Experience in cloud migration strategies and modern database architectures
Scripting proficiency with PowerShell and T-SQL; exposure to DevOps / IaC preferred
