What You Will Achieve
Installation and Calibration : Setting up, calibrating, and maintaining Instrumentation and control equipment.Identifying and resolving issues with instrumentation systems, making necessary repairs, and replacing faulty components.Performing routine maintenance, inspecting equipment, and documenting repairs and maintenance activities.Ensure utility activities comply with SOPs, cGMP, and other regulatory practices, and read and follow equipment schematics, blueprints, and engineering drawings.Perform calibration of production and facility equipment, use electrical testing equipment safely, analyze and resolve equipment problems, instruct other technicians, and design and install electrical sensors or control systems.Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
High School Diploma or GED2+ years of experienceCertification in the assigned area if applicableCourse work or equivalent experience in electromechanical technologySolid understanding of basic mathematics and general trades such as construction, electrical, and machine shopAbility to perform a range of maintenance tasks involving mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated systemsProficiency in computer skillsGood written and verbal English communication skillsBonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements) :
Bachelor's DegreePharmaceutical and / or Bio-Pharmaceutical experienceKnowledge of Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) operationsStrong problem-solving skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentExcellent organizational skillsStrong attention to detailPhysical / Mental Requirements
Position requirements are typical for a manufacturing plant-based work environment with significant shop floor exposure.Routine lifting, sitting, standing, walking and bending is required.Specific PPE requirements, including clean room gowning, is frequently required.There are no unusual mental requirements for this position.Non-Standard Work Schedule, Travel Or Environment Requirements
Schedule is a mixture of day shift (M-F, 8 hrs) and rotating 12 hour shifts that include night and weekend work.Alternative work schedules may be required to support specific project-related activities.Work Location Assignment : On Premise

The salary for this position ranges from $22.94 to $38.24 per hour. In addition, this position offers eligibility for overtime, weekend, holiday and other pay premiums depending on the work schedule and the Companys policies.
