Insurance and Financial Services Representative

Job Type : Full-Time

Compensation : Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Bonuses

What Youll Do

  • Build and manage a diverse client portfolio, delivering exceptional service and support
  • Conduct personalized consultations tailored to clients financial and insurance goals
  • Present and sell a wide range of products including life, health, auto, home, retirement, and investment solutions
  • Identify gaps in coverage or planning and recommend tailored strategies
  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups
  • Stay informed on industry trends, product updates, and compliance requirements

    • What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, insurance, or financial services preferred
  • Proven ability to generate leads, build trust, and close sales
  • Strong communication, listening, and consultative sales skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to achieve professional growth
  • Active insurance licenses ( Life & Health, P&C ) preferredor willingness to obtain (well provide support)
