Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Seeking a skilled ABA Therapist / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide specialized behavioral support to students in an educational setting. This contract position is based in San Jose, CA, and offers the opportunity to apply your expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis to help children achieve meaningful progress.

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement individualized ABA therapy programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions using evidence-based interventions
• Collect and document data on client progress accurately and consistently
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to support student goals
• Participate in training and team meetings to stay current on best practices
