What Youll Do

• Lead recruiting strategy for Revenue and Marketing functions, aligning efforts with business priorities.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify talent gaps and build diverse pipelines.
• Leverage data and workforce planning insights to drive proactive sourcing and hiring decisions.
• Guide and develop a high-performing recruiting team to deliver best-in-class candidate experiences.
• Share market trends and best practices to continuously evolve recruiting capabilities.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sams Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelors degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to a specific plan or program terms.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications

Option 1 : Bachelors degree in business, human resources, or related area and 5 years experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or related area. Option 2 : 7 years experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or other area. 3 years supervisory experience or experience leading cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Masters degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field, Professional in Human Resources certification Masters : Business, Masters : Human Resources Human Resources - Professional HR (PHR) CERTIFICATION - Certification
